Premiums are redeemed at the Fair Treasurer’s Office. Premiums must be picked up before the Fair closes on Labor Day.

There are hundreds of categories for entering at the Fair. Categories include everything from photography to quilts to antiques and fine art. There are categories for ponies, cattle, goats, sheep, swine, poultry, rabbits and cavy. And there are the pies, cakes, vegetables, flowers, canned goods, homemade wine, beer and everything in between!

Information about all of the various entry categories is in the Online Entry and in the Fairbook. Entry deadlines, premiums, department rules, delivery dates and times and judging schedules are included.

Every entry will always consist of four things: Department, Division, Class and Description. For example, an applique quilt will be in Department 10, Art Hall – Division 1, Quilting – Class 1, Applique – Description.
